沙盘简介 - Save the Stream《抢救订阅者》
Save the Stream是以kanban为基础设计的沉浸式教学沙盘。通过模拟“StreamCore Technologies”公司的流媒体业务，参与者在游戏中体验Kanban核心理念，学习工作可视化、流程瓶颈识别、WIP限制和数据驱动的持续改进。
背景
StreamCore是一家即将IPO的流媒体公司，因技术债和工作流程问题导致平台崩溃，用户退订，上市受阻。新CEO引入Kanban，团队需快速优化流程，抢救用户，稳定系统。
学习目标
掌握Kanban核心概念与可视化
实践拉动式流程与WIP限制
用CFD、运行图等分析流程
数据驱动决策，优化协作
找到流程中的“五大黑手”
玩法
模拟5轮迭代，每轮3天，团队通过任务卡片、突发事件应对和数据分析，争取最多订阅用户获胜。角色包括项目经理、财务分析师等，结合骰子推进任务和流程优化。
